Grey Knights - Justicar Jedidiah (WIP 4)

The painting process is almost finished, just need some weathering here and there. Also, the power sword, the banner and the base are still in progress. :)

As you can see in the pictures. the NMM Gold (actually It look like an "Old Brass") was done with the colors and ratio on the list below. And if you looking for a step by step or tutorials of this method, I recommended this very helpful tutorial from Hoperiver - Empire General. Step-by-step to ease of understanding this technique (NMM Silver-Gold and other things like painting horse , fabrics, freehand, etc.) with caption and clearly step by step pics.

ส่วนของสีเสร็จเกือบทั้งหมดแล้ว เหลือเพียงแค่ทำเวทเธอริ่งในบางจุดครับ ส่วนของดาบ ธง และฐานนั้นยังรอทำสีอยู่ และอย่างที่เห็นในรูป ส่วนของสีทอง NMM Gold ใช้สีและอัตราส่วนตามที่ลงเอาไว้ในลิสท์ครับ (จริงๆมันจะดูเหมือนสีของทองเหลืองเก่าๆมากกว่า) ซึ่งถ้าคุณสนใจในเทคนิคการเพนท์แบบ NMM ผมแนะนำให้ลองเข้าไปดูที่บล็อกของ Hoperiver - Empire General. Step-by-step เพราะเค้าลงภาพไว้แบบเป็นขั้นตอนพร้อมด้วยคำอธิบายประกอบ จะช่วยให้เข้าใจถึงวิธีการและขั้นตอนในการทำได้ง่ายขึ้นครับ

Grey Knights - Justicar Jedidiah (WIP 3)

For painting the NMM steel, it's a little bit different from the NMM silver by changing the base color from 70903 Intermediate Blue to 70836 London Grey and used the same mixture and ratio as shown on the previous post.

The result of both NMM techniques is very similar. I planned to wash the NMM steel areas again with oil paint to make it look more contrast from silver areas.

สำหรับการเพนท์สีเหล็กแบบ NMM จะต่างจากการเพนท์สีเงินเล็กน้อย คือเปลี่ยนสีพื้นจากสี 70903 Intermediate Blue เป็นสี 70836 London Grey และใช้การผสมด้วยสีดำและขาวและอัตราส่วนที่ลงเอาไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ครับ

ผลที่ออกมาของการเพนท์ NMM ทั้งของสีเงินและสีเหล็กจะดูไม่แตกต่างกันมาก ผมคิดว่าคงใช้สีน้ำมันมาวอชในส่วนของสีเหล็กอีกรอบหนึ่ง เพื่อให้สีของเหล็กนั้นดูแตกต่างกับพื้นที่ของสีเงินมากขึ้นครับ

After trying many times on the nmm technique, finally I've found a color scheme of the NMM Silver that match with my taste :)

หลังจากที่ได้ลองเพนท์เทคนิคNMM มาหลายครั้ง ในที่สุดผมก็ได้เฉดสีของ NMM Silver ในแบบที่ผมต้องการครับ ส่วนชื่อสีและอัตราส่วนผสมลองดูได้ตามลิสท์ครับ

Note, the letters on the left shoulder were painted by hand with a small brush and a little patience. :)

ส่วนลายตัวอักษรบนไหล่ซ้าย ต้องเขียนเอาเองเพราะตัวโมเดลไม่ได้แกะลายตรงส่วนนี้มาให้ ด้วยพู่กันขนาดเล็กและความใจเย็นมากๆหน่อยครับ :)

Grey Knights - Justicar Jedidiah (WIP 1)

It was converted from Grey Knight Brotherhood Champion, by sculpting the details on the shin armors and right shoulder with Milliput. The banner was made from Green stuff, Milliput, plastic rods and decorated with a skull and small necklace in order to make it looks attractive and consistent with the image of The Grey Knights.

The base was made from plaster with a pieces of brick, sheet of aluminum and copper wire.

งานชิ้นนี้ทำการดัดแปลงจาก Grey Knight Brotherhood Champion โดยการปั้นรายละเอียดของลวดลายบนหน้าแข้งและหัวไหล่เพิ่มเติม ส่วนของธงนั้นทำจาก Green stuff, Milliput, แท่งพลาสติก และตกแต่งด้วยหัวกระโหลกเรซิ่นกับสร้อยคอเส้นเล็กๆ เพื่อให้ตัวโมเดลนั้นดูมีเรื่องราวมากขึ้นและสอดคล้องกับรูปแบบของ Grey Knights

ส่วนฐานนั้นทำจากแผ่นปูนพลาสเตอร์ โรยด้วยเศษอิฐที่นำมาทุบให้ละเอียด และตกแต่งซากต่างๆด้วยแผ่นอลูมิเนียมและลวดทองแดง

I started this project several months ago, but it was very slow progress due to many projects to be done first. Hope I can finished in this year :)

ผมเริ่มงานชิ้นนี้เมื่อหลายเดือนก่อน แต่ไม่ค่อยมีความคืบหน้าเท่าไหร่ เนื่องจากมีงานหลายชิ้นที่ต้องทำให้เสร็จเลยต้องพักเอาไว้ และตั้งใจจะทำมันให้เสร็จภายในปีนี้ ความคืบหน้าจะนำมาลงเร็วๆนี้ครับ :)

Backyard Party - Graffiti & Urban Street Arts

ในวันที่ 22-25 พฤศจิกายนนี้ จะมีงาน Fortune Grand Opening ที่บริเวณหน้าห้างฟอร์จูนทาวน์ รัชดาครับ โดยจะมีกิจกรรมต่างๆมากมาย ทั้งการแข่งกีฬาจักรยานผาดโผนและเสก็ตบอร์ด, การแข่งเต้น B-boy , การโชว์พ่นสีกราฟฟิตี้และการออกบูทของร้านค้าต่างๆ รวมไปถึงคอนเสิรต์จากทางก้านคอคลับ  โดยงานจะเริ่มในเวลาประมาณเที่ยงวันจนถึงสี่ทุ่มของทุกวันครับ ซึ่งภายในงานจะแบ่งออกเป็น 3 โซนหลักๆคือ

1. Fortune Zone

2. X-Treme Zone

3. Backyard Party

และในวันที่ 23 จะเป็นการแสดงในส่วนของ Backyard Party ในบรรยากาศสบายๆเหมือนปาร์ตี้หลังบ้านที่ทำบาร์บีคิว จิบเบียร์คุยกันแล้วนั่งดูการโชว์การพ่นสีกราฟฟิตี้จากศิลปินทั้ง 10 ท่านและการประกวดเขียนลายกราฟฟิตี้จากน้องๆนักพ่นสีรุ่นใหม่ เดินเลือกชมสินค้าจากร้านต่างๆทั้งสีสเปรย์และอุปกรณ์รวมถึงเสื้อผ้าในแนวสตรีทอารต์ นอกจากนี้จะมีการเปิดตัวหนังสือกราฟฟิตี้เล่มแรกของเมืองไทย (เป็นหนังสือแจกฟรี) จากทางทีมงาน OTG รวมไปถึงบูทของทางรายการ ARTVENTURE ที่จะมาถ่ายทำกันในวันงานอีกด้วย และปิดท้ายความสนุกด้วยคอนเสิรต์มันส์ๆจากทางก้านคอคลับ 

ถ้าคุณสนใจในงานศิลปะประเภท Graffiti หรือ Street Art แต่ยังไม่มีความรู้หรือยังไม่เคยลองทำดู นี่เป็นโอกาสที่คุณจะได้มาเจอคนที่ชอบในสิ่งเดียวกัน และได้ทดลองทำด้วยตัวคุณเองเพราะในวันงานจะมีพื้นที่สำหรับท่านที่สนใจได้มาทดลองพ่นสีกันด้วยครับ
