LAPD SWAT (WIP)

This is my first painting a military figure after I use Vallejo paint and gain many experiences and techniques from painting miniature wargames for nearly a year. :)

I started to paint the face first, which is the most important thing of painting the figures in my opinion. Because it will help to convey the emotions and feelings through out the face and eyes, and make the figures look natural and more lively.

For painting the face, Here is a list of the colours and ratio that I used.

นี่เป็นการเพนท์ฟิกเกอร์แนวทหารในรอบปีของผม หลังจากที่ได้นำสี Vallejo มาลองใช้และได้ประสบการณ์และเทคนิคในการเพนท์มาพอสมควรจากการเพนท์งานแนวมินิเอเจอร์วอร์เกม ผมเริ่มทำสีส่วนของใบหน้าก่อน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่สำคัญที่สุดในการเพนท์ฟิกเกอร์ เพราะจะช่วยให้สื่อถึงอารมณ์และความรู้สึกที่กำลังเกิดขึ้นภายในชิ้นงาน ผ่านออกมาทางสีหน้าและแววตา และทำให้งานนั้นดูเป็นธรรมชาติและมีชีวิตชีวามากขึ้น สำหรับสีที่ใช้นั้น ลองดูได้ตามลิสท์ด้านล่างครับ

After finished the face, I'm so happy with the results even though it's not as good as I want. Some mistake can be seen after looking through the photos. (Left eye look bigger than the right) It look like I'm still needed more practice to make it better in next time. :)

In addition to the progress of the LAPD SWAT, I also finished painting the faces of SS-Panzergrenadier-Division "Totenkopf" from Dragon in the same time. These figures will be used on my new vignette. I'll post more updated of this project soon. 

หลังจากทำสีส่วนของใบหน้าเสร็จ ผมค่อนข้างพอใจกับผลลัพท์ที่ได้ ถึงแม้จะยังไม่ดีที่สุดเท่าที่ผมต้องการ เพราะยังมีข้อผิดพลาดให้เห็นอยู่และจะเห็นได้ชัดเมื่อมองผ่านรูปถ่าย (อย่างในภาพ ตาซ้ายนั้นจะดูใหญ่กว่าตาขวา) ดูเหมือนว่าผมยังคงต้องฝึกฝนกับการเพนท์ต่อไปเพื่อจะได้ทำให้ผลลัพท์นั้นดีขึ้นอย่างที่ผมต้องการ :)

นอกจากงานชิ้นนี้ ผมเอาฟิกเกอร์ทหารเยอรมันของดราก้อนอีก 2 ตัว ทำเป็นหน่วย SS-Panzergrenadier-Division "Totenkopf" ที่เตรียมไว้สำหรับงานวิคเน็ทชิ้นใหม่มาทำไปพร้อมกันด้วยเลยทีเดียวครับ ส่วนความคืบหน้าของงานชิ้นนี้คงจะนำมาลงให้ชมกันอีกทีเร็วๆนี้ครับ
